EXPANSION AND POOL IN SA RIERA

 

This project of complete refurbishment and expansion of detached house on the beach of Sa Riera in Begur aims to give a new look to the home and add a new floor.

 

Facades openings are expanded, looking for more natural light and a better relation between inside and outside, to enjoy the views of the environment. The access facade has narrow windows with slats, to be protected from the neighbours.

 

The program differentiates the three floors:

The main floor is transformed, expanding the living space, dining room and kitchen and guaranteeing a tighter relation with the outside through the large openings to the terrace. The lower floor adapts the existing bedrooms, while the new floor creates two new main bedrooms with access to the large upper terrace.

 

The infinity pool has a superb location, offering visual continuity between the water surface and the sea.
