TRIANGLE HOUSE

 

This house is designed attending to the desire to build the maximum area in a small triangular plot, perfectly adapted to the geometry and taking advantage of it and optimizing it.

 

The triangular building of two heights is broken in the middle and at both ends, creating porches and terraces, to lighten the weight of the volume and enhance the natural light entrance.

 

The access to house is placed on the centre of one of its three sides, allowing on ground floor to differentiate on one hand the living area that opens onto the porch and, on the other, the service area and garage. Upstairs there is the master bedroom, which has a terrace on the sharp corner, and two bedrooms on the other side, which have also access to a terrace.
